I recommend that you get your clubs fitted by a professional rather than seeking advise of internet.  You need to go try out the clubs with a pro looking at your swing and your shot shapes to determine which set of clubs is best for you.

Don't take anyone's advise based purely on which club they like.

Obviously those are both great brands. But you really should at least see a fitter and hit both clubs with varying shafts/heads and see what comes out best for you. Like you said it’s not cheap so you want to have full confidence in your set.

If you live close enough to a Club Champion I highly recommend it (for a club fitting). Both me and my dad were fit there recently and the clubs I wanted to buy ended up not being a good fit for me at all. Plus, having the knowledge from the fitting makes me feel more confident (and less guilty) about the cost of new sticks.
