  2. eldrick defenders continue to say its okay to cheat on your wife because someone else has already done it before eldick. I often wonder what all those wives or future wives married to some of you schmucks would think about your convictions on cheating on them. You think they'd say to you that cheating is okay just because eldrick did it first and he is your hero? Some of you people are sick and have no integrity or honor. But its oaky if eldrick does it cause I loves eldrick. Give me a break. The man has no honor and is no role model no matter how much some of you sycophants may claim otherwise.
  3. May Ole Veej forever more be known as the "The Cheatin' Fijian."
  4. Don't know how you're doing now. I hope you are still following your dream. Along the way there will be many who want to disillusion you, tell you that you are crazy and that it will never happen. If you're still reading Rotella then you will know that you cannot allow any negative thinking to get a foot hold and work to destroy your confidence. Keep trying young man. Remember that life will throw curves at you along the way. The important thing is to follow your dreams. Even if you don't make it as a pro there a many, many opportunities to work and play in the golf world. Teaching Instructor comes to mind, club pro, whatever. Just don't let those who never made it for what ever reason, those who never achieved their dreams or those who are jealous derail you from what you feel is right for you. There are many of us out here who are rooting for you. Even if you don't make it, those who wish you the best will still respect and admire you for at least trying.
  5. Instead of getting her chest enlarged she should of gotten her eyes fixed.
  6. Did you actually meet and or know either Bobby Jones and or Mr. Hogan? "And, unlike contemporaries such as Bobby Jones (a bigot) and Hogan (an arrogant and aloof ass)" That is what I disagree with. As far as I know Hogan was devoted to his wife and by all accounts off the course was a true gentleman, and was very charitable and was devoted to those he considered a friend. Bobby Jones was a gentleman even though he grew up in a different era and time. I will agree with what you state about Nelson because by all historical and known accounts he was a gentleman of the finest sort. But I suppose the arrogant and aloof among us can always judge the character of men they never met nor knew who are long dead and not around to defend themselves.
  7. Bush League deleting posts you don't agree with.
  8. This is much ado about nothing. The empty suit of a campaigner and the guy who might look like his son did not solver world hunger, did not stop global warming and neither one walked on water as far as I know. All that occurred was the campaigner in chief wasted another million of the tax payers money so he could go chill with his choom gang and play a round of golf with his peeps. Why everyone has their panties in a bunch thinking this is a great thing baffles me, and a s much as the story in and of itself sickens me, this is really a nothing story.
  9. Mr. Desmond - Where are you from originally? Refute anything I have said about the ME, Brian Terry and president downgrades record of failure. All you do is attack with a nothing argument, just like a progressive American hating piece of trash. You present no facts to refute anything I have said. You sir are an idiot of epic proportions and show such a lack of intelligence that you could be labeled stupid or a progressive demonrat is is pretty much two of the same things. As far as I'm concerned you are nothing and not worthy of any more of my time as you have shown that you are an America hating piece of camel dung
  10. So you support a man for President who is a bigger failure then Jimmy Carter. A man whose foreign policy has set the ME on fire and is responsible for the death of an American Ambassador and 3 other Americans, a candidate whose DOJ has blood on its hands with the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. You support a candidate that has asked government contractors not to pass out pink slips until after the election, you support a candidate who has failed at everything except lying to the American people. You support a candidate who can't take responsibility for anything he's done, good, which there is none, or bad. He can't run on his record of failure so all you have left is to spread lies. Thats your type of candidate? With that type thinking you should not even be allowed to vote.
  11. At least Jack is supporting a candidate who is pro-America and is not a murderer or serial liar. Jack is supporting a candidate who is for a strong America and not a candidate that is out to destroy this nation. I guess the goobermint cheese, ows crowd has even found its way to The Sand Trap.
  12. While we're at it.... Ban all metal woods. Go back to playing persimmons and blades like real men and the greatest ball strikers of all time did! 460CC Frying pan on the end of a stick.... Now thats cheating!
  13. Is it the hips sliding first, or the knees initiating the forward movement of the hips? Think about it.
  14. Any updates from anyone. Would love to hear how your projects are turning out. CheeseWedge - Did you find sanding the putter changed the weight much or at all?
  15. As someone pointed out. Stop putting lines on your ball to help with aiming. Stop caddies from assisting a player in aiming putts or aiming shots on the course. No more marking the ball on the putting surface except to clean it, bring back the stymy. Bring back woods made of wood and the hickory shaft. Bring back the guttie-percha ball Hypocrites I says!
  16. Clampett's Impact Zone and his philosophy are somewhat based on TGM. TGM is what you make of it and take from it. TGM explains a lot that you never find anywhere or are taught from many so called top 1000 instructors. TGM explains the why and much of the how. Again, how you get the how is up to you. Find a qualified TGM instructor and your game will improve! Only a truly dense individual would not be able to see TGM for the relevant teaching aid that it is. But of course those who think its worthless are already playing the PGA tour and making millions, right?
  17. Pardon my improper use of "could care." ;-) Let me rephrase: I "couldn't care less" what that cheating, family destroying, halfwit, imbecile Eldrick has to say about anything! :-)
  18. I could care less what that moron, cheating, sexaholic imbecile has to say about anything! I don't know how many of you are putting for a million dollars, I'm certainly not, and if, after three back surgeries, I need to use a belly putter or long putter to enjoy this game, than that is currently within the rules and tigger can shove a long putter up where the sun don't shine for all I care! tigger needs to worry about his ex-wife and kids and quit worrying about his darned legacy. As far as I'm concerned tigger is a nothing.
  19. "Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness." So I got that goin' for me, which is nice.
  20. I'm interested in some free stuff and I've included http://Shotly.com in my signature.
  21. I put in a vote for Wishon Golf as well. I'm gaming the Wishon 550C irons. An older model I picked up used, except for a minor scratch on sole of 5 iron they looked brand new, I was lucky to find them. I then had them fitted to my swing using KBS Tour steel/stiff shafts, new grips, length, loft and lie standard for me. I think they're great. I love the feel and sound of the ball as it contacts the face at impact. The best part is they go straight and long for me. When struck pure they are shweet! B-) I also game the MacGregor NVG driver. Its a good driver, a little long, need it trimmed to 44 or 43.5 inches. I want to get a Wishon 919THI driver and Eidolon wedges. Also gaming a Cleveland Classic Black Platinum #2 putter, while Cleveland is not a small company, they aren't huge and their putters aren't gamed much, mines perfect for me
  22. Played Saturday - Shot 103. Disappointed yes. What can I take from it? After not being able to hit the driver, changed to 4 iron off the tee. Except for two holes, found the fairway on 8 others using the four iron. Iron shots on par 3's, flew the green with my 7 iron on a 171 yard downhill par 3. Excellent. Approach shots from fairway, excellent. Chipping okay, putting. aughhhhhhhhhh :censored: If I had not three putted 12 holes and missed two sure birdie attempts, I may have at least shot in the 90's. And thats still after taking 8's on four holes I hit O.B. with the driver. LOL Again what do I take away from all this. That I suck? Not hardly. I hit some great shots that I'm happy with. Work with scoring clubs and long irons are producing results. Need to work more on my short game, especially putting. Driver, might as well throw it in the garbage. just kidding. I did choke up with it on the final two holes and striped two long beautiful drives that split the fairway. Told myself to choke up before I left to go play, just forgot about that until the final stretch of holes. So yes I need more work with the driver and woods. After all that, I'm happy that I played, it was a great day, the glass of beer is still half full and I am improving even though my score in no way reflects that.
  23. Shot 103 yesterday - First getting out since April. I'm not disappointed though, I've been working real hard on my swing and iron play and the hard work showed up in my 7 iron and above. I bought some used Wishon 550C's and had them customized last week so this is the first time I've had a chance to played them. I was amazed at how straight and long I hit the ball. I used to be a hooker, can still hook them with the best, but the work I've been doing and the customized clubs, 90% of my shots were dead on target. You can't imagine how happy I was with that. Problem is, I need to also work on my aim, so when I say dead on target, they went where aimed, I just didn't aim right! Hit PW to a slight uphill par 3 that was playing 146 yards, hit it 141, a little right of target, was playing for a draw and hit it dead straight! Hit 7 iron to a downhill par 3 171 to middle of green, flew green, again playing for draw and hit it dead straight. Couldn't hit driver so was playing 4 iron off the Tee, after an 8 on 1, and an 8 on 2, an 8 on 5, I decided to go to use my 4 iron off the tee. Then on holes 17 and 18 I remembered something I read in Tom Wishon's book "The Search for the Perfect Golf Club, so I choked up two inches on my driver and striped two down the middle 250 +, that is with a a little roll, best driver shots I've hit ever! The greens were super fast and I couldn't get the feel for them, had several putts to save par and even two birdie opportunities. Oh well, after not playing for over two months I guess I should have expected my putting to be a little off. Had three3 putts and one 1 putt. All in all, even though putting and scoring let me down, I had a great day. My hard work is paying off even if its not reflected in my score!
