Whoa! It's been awhile, a full year to be exact. Rory has notched two Euro wins (DP CHAMPIONSHIP AND IRISH OPEN) since the Wells Fargo last year, none on the PGA Tour but he's in good form after the Irish Open. He's now up to 20 professional wins.
Apologies if there's a thread on this, my phone Iis having trouble searching. Im looking for a putting alignment aid that can fit in my golf bag. I noticed in Bubba Watson's pre-routine video that was just put out, he was using one and I've always wanted one. Anyone have a fav?
Huge Lowry fan. Hes a guy that has a fun social media presence on facebook. Im going to the local Irish Fair right after this tourney is over...would be awesome if he can hold on here.
Poor JD :(
Can't wait to see him on the Champions Tour next year.
BTW, Tiger just birdied the 2nd...-5 now.
We need Tiger in the Top 10 after today, that top 10 leaderboard is......meh
I have a ton of trouble with consistency w/ my 64 and bunkers. I have to swing really hard to get it out of most bunkers, it checks up really nice but consistency isn't there.
Ended up going back to SW for most my sand shots.
And McDowell squanders the hat trick opportunity shooting a +1 (72) in the first round and now a +7 (78) in the second.
He goes home early. If he continues to play like this he'll start falling to a Tiger Woods like world ranking.
In happier news, Victor Dubuisson JUST holed out at the par 4, 6th hole and has now taken a 2 stroke lead.
I'm dead serious right now when I say I'd rather have Paddy Harrington representing Ireland over McDowell right now. Shane Lowery and Rory is solid though. One from the republic...one from the north.
Yup. If you notice, GoGolfing rarely swaps a player off the bench. Mainly only if someone gets cut or it looks like another player has a good look to win.
