  1. Thanks a lot! I've subscribed to that. :)
  2. Not nervous, but I just want to get that first tee shot over and done with. I just hope it goes well, because I find it quite embarrassing hitting a tree or a big hook off the tee.
  3. My irons are as sweet as they've ever been, straighter and longer than ever. All I'm working on right now is my short game, and my putting. Completely forgotten how to judge a green with my year-long absence.
  4. ^Great putter. I've practised with one of them and loved it. I think that'll probably be my new putter when I buy my set in the summer, as I don't have the money to get one now.
  5. Great video, I know a lot of people who don't do it that way. I used to lift it, but I found by trial and error that the pushing inwards works a lot better! Hopefully a lot of people on this forum that lifted before now push.
  6. I know it can't feel good, knowing you could win it at any time, but it's the fact he's being like that, that's losing the competitions.

    NFL Draft Talk

I can't help but lol at Tebow over Clausen, and Alualu going that soon. Madness.
  8. It may be white, but it's still ugly. I wouldn't be able to putt with it anyway, I can only use blade putters.
  9. I want to put £10 on Bubba Watson, because I'd get £330 back, but I can't afford that £10. haha.
  10. ^I can enjoy the round without the addition of alcohol. I'll have a few post-round pints, but drinking whilst playing really doesn't appeal to me. Sorry that I'm so uptight and don't enjoy life as much as you.
  11. It's LeBron. I'd love it to be Durant, but there's no way LeBron won't win.
  12. I love the Yes! Sophia. I've never been more confident looking over a putt, and striking it. Would definitely recommend that one!
  13. You see, my answer would be - the NBA, if 'King' James is losing. But that's just me.
  14. Maybe if Phil wins a few majors, or a youngster starts winning everything, but I don't think it's going to happen. Tiger is going to carry on playing in a few tournaments this year, and probably win a couple if not more, so I don't think he's in danger of losing the #1 spot.
  15. I was thinking that. Only $14.3million. I've got a task for you. Go online, and just list everything you'd want to buy if you had all the money available, put it all in a basket, and see what it comes up to. I bet you don't make $1million, without going to houses, and cars, then it'll come up to $2-3million. You act as if $14.3million is nothing. She's made more than me and you put together will make in our lifetime, just by playing our favourite hobby.
  16. Water in a huge bottle. Sometimes I'll have a bottle of orange squash alongside it too. Water keeps my attention span up, and I can play for much longer I find. Which is always a good thing!
  17. Google Chrome is your friend guys. You get a spell-check with it!
  18. I'm exactly the same haha! We even play the same ball, Warbird Plus, and I love that ball. I agree playing the same ball gives you some kind of consistency. Pro V1's are too expensive for me. If I played with a Pro V1 it'd feel like a sacred ball and if I lost it I think I'd cry.

    Brian Davis

Really was admirable stuff. I know a lot of people wouldn't mention it especially with it being in a play-off, where the consequences are even worse than if it was just in a normal round. I don't agree with the rule, but rules are there for a reason, and if you don't obey them, you should be penalised.
  20. Shortest par 4 on the course, 254 yards. Teed it up with a 3 wood, not wanting to go over the back since it's downhill too. However, didn't exactly catch it well, and ended 20 yards short of the green. Took out my 54 degree, and pitched it on. Didn't mean to, but got a tremendous amount of backspin. Ended it about a foot from the pin. Loved it! Knocked it in for birdie!

    6 iron

It really doesn't matter how far you hit your clubs. As everyone has said, it's all about what club you take to get to the green quickly and efficiently. For the record, I hit my 6 iron around 160.
  22. I wouldn't hit it back, for fear of you hitting it awfully. Imagine if you topped it, you would look like an absolute idiot. Just take their ball, stomp on it, kick it into rough or a hazard. Simples.
  23. USA 79S - Just don't bother making a thread next time, you'll just get the same over and over again.
  24. I played for the first time in a year on the weekend. I'll give you the simple answer to this question...no. I swung about 80% with a lovely tempo, but I just couldn't keep it in the fairway. Had a nice fade on the ball though, just couldn't judge it right just yet. It'll come.
  25. Bubba is awesome, I find it great to watch these kind of things from pro's, because usually you only see them from randomers on the internet and everyone calls it fake.
