the thing about golfers is....everyday is an OFF day. Even if someone were to shoot the round of their life..."and that was missing a 3 foot putt and shanking a etc......" golfers are melodramatic.

Since everyone has decided NOT to take the initiative...I will put the burden upon MY shoulders...hahah. J/K. I want to try and get a round in with some of you guys here in the next few weeks. Weekday...weekend...whenever...just let me know when you guys are usually available or when you prefer to play. It seemed like there was quite a few of us around here so I'd have to figure of a place to play that's in the middle of everyone and a place that will be fun for all handicaps! Also, you guys can throw in suggestions of places to play also. I'm not going to be a Nazi or anything.

does anyone else think this is horsesh*t? I've watched many videos on it, hell, I've even had people explain it to me in person so I know I'm doing it right. Every time I do it I never see anything special. The hole doesn't look like it's on either side of the shaft etc.... I have 20-15 vision so I know it's not my eyes. WTF is going on?! lol

a friend of mine said one of the funniest things i'd heard as far as excuses go...he had a perfect lie in the fairway just 150 out and absolutely misses so far right that there was no excuses except for a terrible shot. So after he hits it, he looks at me and says.... "f*ckin grass"

i'd have to agree with what someone else said. if you play any course of length...you'll be screaming for that driver on the turn.

to my knowledge in the last round he hit the driver twice. both on par 5's. but both drives were excellent.

As much as I would just love to tear into this guy...let's let him have his opinion. This is coming from a guy who said "kobe is an OKAY player" and he also said "if i were the ceo of CBS i'd have fired Feherty". So let's cut him a little slack. yeah, i agree. as much as i like phil...he really has a lot on his plate mentally to focus for such a task. but if he should win.......it may just be the best US Open victory..IMO

callaway hx hot. when i first started getting back into golf a couple years ago I kept hearing how long they were. well...they ARE long...but forget about stopping them anywhere near where you want them to stop. they may have changed since their inception, but they blew back then. not to mention they felt weird off every club.

The 3 Irish Open felt like a Nationwide tournament. Nothing against the Nationwide Tour, but it was just bland. It's really cute how you Europeans are sticking up for your tournaments and I'll agree with you guys that there are some pretty good ones....but stop it with the 3 Irish Open. An amateur won with a crap field...wooppeee!!!
