Wow I would want one of those bags. But not NFL related.
  2. I want to make a one piece wooden club.
  3. I played my best round in Wet, cold and random gust of winds conditions.
  4. Put my tee to high and I swooped the tee without moving the ball (like pulling a table mat and have the stuff on it not move). So as the ball simply fell, I drove a grande total of 0 yards. Luckily, it only happened at the driving range.
  5. Then I would not use the putter.
  6. Thats great. Reading that title reminded me of a lucky event happening to me on the gold course. I was near the green and attempted using my 60* (im horrible with it). As usual I hit the ball square and it goes in a very low angle at a speed that would land the ball 2x the distance to the green then what my initial shot was. Now you ask, where`s the luck in this? Well my ball luckly hits the flagstick and it lands on the green for a 10' putt.
  7. When I was waiting for a woman teeing off, another dude crapped his pants.
  8. I would like to add to this thread. If you can only play with 3 clubs which would you choose? For me it depends, on my home course I would go FW3 (2nd best distance[must have on 14 of the 18 holes] and usuable on FW) 7i, and PW (or Putter as I never tried putting without a putter so I dont know how possible it is.) On my 3-par its 5i, 7i, PW (replace the 5i if putting is too hard without the putter).
  9. wow, when I first read the post I read "domestic Bear "... Ya im dislexic

  11. I just hope for the best.
  12. ...Thats the grip I use on every club...
  13. Im right-handed and play Lefty. In my case I have always played hockey Left Handed (very popular in Canada for a player to play his opposite hand for more finesse). So swinging a club Lefty feels like a slap shot and feels natural.
  14. My latest one. Using a Lob wedge thinking it was a 7 iron.
  15. I think the #1 mistake effects all players. And that mistake is anger/tension.
  16. 1 time at driving range. Went and hit a round at 3-par club (29 Par) and hit 57. +28 for my first round. But I do believe that playing hockey for 12 years has helped with my club coordination.
  17. Since I often hit the ball square with my 60* and it goes further then a full swing with a 7i, I tend to stay away. I actually like using lower lofted clubs the closer I get to the green. I use my SW-8i.
  18. My PW. I never know the exact distance of my current shot after the tee, I just have a visual memory on distance.
  19. I have a rule when im carrying 2 clubs. I must always leave the club on the green in between the hole and my bag. That way if you forget, there is zero chance you miss it when you walk back to the bag.
  20. Who looks for lost balls on a fairway? you can find 1-2 in 5-10 rounds if you are lucky and know its not a live ball. In the woods you can find 10 in about 2-5min. I love getting free top quality balls.
  21. I felt bad once for hitting a bad hook and it landed on the other fairway That I though was empty. Turns out it landed about 20-30 yards from a group of young teens. But then the kid yelled a f*** you and flipt me the bird and he hit my ball (nearer to my green) and I was like really? Edit: I just remembered one time on a 3 par course 2 old ladies shot while me and my friend were around the green (we were going on a good pace). The lady shot and it landed 10 feet from me and rolled to my feet.
  22. As a amature trainer I would recommend Stretch before and after a round. For an actual workout, focus on abdominal and oblique muscles to stabalize your swing and protect your back, and your wrist and legs to add speed and power to your swing. Secondairy muscles should be your back, arms and shoulders.
  23. 6'2" 172lb BMI 22.1
  24. Clubs usually dont allow it. I go everytime I play and waiting for slow players. Just make sure their is no one behind you and you have lots of time before players reach the hole behind you.
  25. Atleast your season is longer then mine.
