You have that backwards. Poulter won 6 & 5

How the numbers are presented definitely leads to setups being too hard. It would be interesting to see the LPGA let a few courses play "easier" and see the response.

2019 WNY PGA TOY (Teacher of the Year) - Erik J. Barzeski

Awesome! Congratulations. -
I agree with @David in FL, don't change your methods they just need to play better. Assuming you are playing the same course each week, you could develop any formula your heart desires but the net result won't change. As long as the formula is applied to everyone, stroke adjustments will be uniform, and you will still have the complainers.

Well done. Congrats!

Anyone in NC Ohio, Pretty Much any Thursday
vasaribm replied to SmiterofPV1x's topic in Member Outings & Meetups
Always interested in an outing. Deer Ridge is 2.5 hrs from me, not very attractive for a week night. At that distance, a couple rounds over a weekend works better. I'm not available 7/22 but will keep it in mind if anything changes. -
I agree it's goal tending by the letter of the rule. At full speed though that's a tough call and Lebron will almost always get the benefit of the doubt. I wouldn't say Indiana should have won, since Lebron's 3 still wins the game if goal tending is called. It could have changed the Cavs last play call though. Rub of the green... This is not as bad as the missed shot clock violation at the end the Celtics game a couple nights ago.

Loose impediment on the green can be moved without penalty, and the shot was from off the green so hitting the flagstick is no issue. Move the twig, if the ball falls in its holed.

Stableford works for me...its fun and easy to understand. I haven't played many other formats to give a good suggestion, but honestly, net stroke play is fine too. Keep it super simple since we will be a small group. -

I can't speak to the flip covers but I have a BAK revolver (hard shell roll up) cover on my Tacoma. Works well, no leaks into the bed, I would definitely buy it again. I chose roll up over a flip, mainly because I didn't like that the rear window was blocked with the flip cover fully open. The roll up cover is no higher than the rear head rest when open.

I did the same.

Sun Mountain's New Elite Raingear
vasaribm replied to iacas's topic in Balls, Carts/Bags, Apparel, Gear, Etc.
I use a mash-up of companies. Under Armour storm pants, Ping short sleeve pull over, Sun Mountain long sleeve jacket. The Ping jacket is more water resistant than water proof but has worked well. I much prefer short sleeve jackets if the temp allows, I seem to get too bound up in long sleeve jackets. If I was buying new gear, I would lean towards the Rainflex or Tour Series.- 7 replies

I play Wishon wedges and driver. Each club was purchased through a local fitter and I went through a two separate fittings; one each for the wedge set and driver. Mainly because they were purchased months apart, but I'm really happy with them and have no issues with quality or performance.
