I wish I shot +2 every time I missed half of the greens.

We pretty much play year round in middle TN. Course closes for snow and opens late when the greens freeze so late December thru February can be hit or miss.

I'm keeping up with the shot tracker online at work. Looks like Tiger's putter is cold today. True?

I hope he's back. I've never been much of a Tiger fan, but I would like to see him playing well again.

I've been a huge dryjoys fan for years, but after buying a pair of True Linkswear and walking a bunch of rounds in them this summer I haven't touched the other shoes. They look like clown shoes, but man they're comfortable.

Scoring average is ~80 today! White caps on the pond, wind is howling.

I'm 36 and I have arthritis already (it's genetic). I take move free advanced supplements, which really helps my knees. My hands hurt in the morning, but usually feel better when they loosen up and are active. My doc recommended that I take an aleve each morning. Not sure how much it helps. The more active I am the less it all hurts though.

I'm sure I'll get blasted for this opinion.......at the level these guys play they need to have confidence in their ability to work the ball both ways. I'm sure Kaymer could hit a draw on command before he started tinkering; however, his interview responses indicate that he didn't have overwhelming confidence in his draw. A player can have a very successful career as a pro golfer playing the ball essentially one direction, but when you're in contention to be the best in the world (like Kaymer) it's pretty necessary to have confidence in your ability to work the ball both ways.

I've always carried, but this winter I found a deal on a clicgear. My intention was to only use it when the temps are >90, but I've found that it's very pleasant to use and will probably use it more often. My favorite option is still a sunday bag with 8-10 clubs though. My problem is my knees. Doc says I have the knees of a 70yr old man at the ripe old age of 36.

Sergio is a great ball striker, but he doesn't seem to have the fire in his belly he once had. I feel your pain. I track all of my stats with my SGX and upload them to skycaddie's website. I haven't decided if it's helping me or just making me more frustrated. FIR 72.7% Driving Distance 272.9 GIR 48.8% (this is pretty atrocious considering how I drive the ball) 1.86 putts per green Scoring average of 79.8 (GHIN 5.5) I'm really frustrated with how often I miss greens from the middle of the fairway; and correspondingly how often I make stupid bogeys.

I just did the math and it's almost 7600 yards as listed. Those long par 4s would mentally wear me out.

I love that we can now watch so much golf online. I'm watching the Memorial tournament on one monitor and (kind of) working on the other here at work.

Graeme doesn't seem to be quite in the form he was in last year. I don't see him defending. Quiros has the game, if he puts it together you could be right. Tiger will w/d hurt before he misses a cut. If he doesn't have it he'll walk away before risking further injury to himself.

What browser are you using? I have problem with shot tracker in Google Chrome, but it works fine in IE.

My index isn't low anymore like yours, but back in November I was playing off a 3 when I bought my MP63s. GREAT clubs! Definitely take a hard look at them before you buy.

This is why our weekly men's league is dying. The lowest handicap guy almost always gets burned in these kind of deals. We keep our money games to groups with similar h'caps and smaller $ amounts. It just seems to work better that way.

In 5yrs my kids will be 12, 11 and 8. Hopefully by then I can dwindle down from 6 to a sustainable 3-4, but more importantly I hope they love the game and play with me.

Sandbagging is alive and well at the club where I play. It shows up every week in the men's league and really showed up in the member/member 4 ball a few weeks ago.
