But that's the thing... those "average" golfers aren't doing either. The average hack out there doesn't come close to following the rules to the letter (taking drops for ob, mulligans, etc.) and a vas

Picking up the pace of play? Yeah we all need to improve. I certainly play by the rules, don't much care if you do or not but when we are in clubhouse tallying up the score don't even think about saying you beat me.
