So this guy on craigslist is selling ping eye 2 blacks for 30$ thing is he only has 3,4,5,8,9,pw is it worth the buy another guy is selling 2,3,4,5,6,8,9 for 80$

$30 is a good deal assuming you are buying in person. You could go on eBay to get the 6 and 7.

If they are local, I think I'd buy both sets. The $30 set has the wedge, and if you bought the other set, you'd probably have to pay that much for the wedge. The $80 option is missing the 7, but the other set the 6 and 7. You could probably live without the 7, but if you buy both, you could probably sell the excess 3,4,5,8 and9 for more than enough to get a 7 iron and reduce your overall cost. Even buying both sets plus a seven iron, you will probably have 2-PW for around $100-130 if you sell the extras which is about right.
