I currently hit Mizuno MP-14s, and here are the lofts of my irons:

Loft(°)
2i - 18* (215 yds; actually a Mizuno GRAD; 2nd set of clubs)
3i - 23 (200 yds)
4i - 26
5i - 29
6i - 32
7i - 36
8i - 40
9i - 45
Pw - 50

I like using a 2 iron, as it allows me to work the ball very well, hit low stinger shots when needed and flies about 215 yards, give or take.

I also have these fairway woods:
TM Burner Bubble ti 3w - 15* (in my bag)
TM Burner Bubble ti 5w - 19* (in my closet, not bag)

What I am looking for is something to replace the 3 wood and 5 wood and which I can hit further than the 2 iron, which I don't want to get rid of.

Should I go something like a 4wood or a 1 hybrid? It would be nice to hit the club about 225-240 and be able to hit from the rough. I've been looking at the Bobby Jones Jesse Ortiz, online only because no one seems to sell them in-store. Suggestions?

I really like my Adams Speedline Hybrid-Fairway 3 wood. Very easy to hit off the grass. Goes around 230'ish off grass, more off a tee.

I hit my new Wilson Fybrid ~20 yards past my Mizuno MP 11 2-iron (220-250 for the 2-iron) with the same swing as the 2-iron. If I swing full out it may be driver length, but I can't say what the stock shaft would do.

I am gaming a 4W and really love it. It's so much easier to hit off turf than 3W, but longer than 5W. I think it's a great club to have in your bag. I found I didn't really need the extra 10-15 yards I could get from the 3W, but didn't want to drop down to a 5W as that just left too much gap. I carry a 4W and a 2H now and am really happy with that setup.

Ahh that sounds like a great set up, 2 hybrid and 4 wood. I love my 2 iron though, so maybe I'd just go with the 4 wood. Plus, I don't want to cut too much into the golf club funds, because I think I'm getting a set of Macgregor PCB tours. Damn, I spend too much on this game.

4-Wood is the way to go, I believe. A friend of mine plays the MP-14s, and is currently seeking a similar club to what you're asking about.

Mizuno's F-60 series has a 4-Wood, if you want to keep it in the family. For some reason, their new fairway wood offering doesn't seem to have it. You can probably get a great one reasonably cheap now, too.
