Hi, I'm looking to get some new clubs. Do you guys have any legit websites with still good prices. I bought a Jaws wedge off of factory-golf.com. That website is supposed to be fake as anything, with all counterfeit clubs. Shame, really cuz it wasn't that discounted (ended up to be like 80 bucks cuz of 35 dollar shipping!?!?) Anyways, the grooves still look "Mack Daddy" and I can get it to stop for the first time in my life, so whatevs, right. Anyways, don't want more fake clubs, so your help is greatly apprecitated

i've had good luck with Rockbottomgolf.com and Dallasgolf.com for clearance/closeouts at great prices.  Selection obviously can vary greatly from week to week.

The "big boys" like golfgalaxy.com, golfsmith.com, tgw.com, or edwinwatts.com won't have wholesale pricing obviously on current year's merchandise, but they do sometimes have decent clearance items as well.

RockBottomGolf is a great place to start... selection can be limited sometimes but that's the tradeoff I suppose.

Awards, Achievements, and Accolades

I'm fairly certain Hurricane Golf is run by the folks at Diamond Tour Golf, and I've heard some good things about them.  Worth a look.

Can you explain to a noob what the story with the clubs at diamond tour golf is? ie them being weird and generic.

Prices look good at hurricane, anyone bought from there? are they legit clubs

Edit: I figured it out all on my own ;) they make copies as close as possible to the brand clubs without breaking the law

The folks at Hurricane swear their clubs are authentic, but you could always call them to ease your mind. Diamond Tour does design many clubs after the name brands, but they have a few original designs as well.

I would STRONGLY recommend "repairfixit" and "rollerball5301" on eBay.  Both are extremely well priced, fast shipping, and legit clubs (mostly TaylorMade products).  I purchased 3 clubs between the two within the last 10 days and absolutely love these guys!!!

IN MY BAG:

 - TaylorMade R11 Driver (Stiff Flex)

 - TaylorMade R11 3 Wood (Stiff Flex)

 - TaylorMade Rescule 11 (Stiff Flex)

 - Nike Slingshot irons (3 - PW)

 - TaylorMade TP xFT 52*

 - TaylorMade TP xFT 60*

 - Nike OZ Mallet Putter

 - Titleist NXT Tour golf balls

 - Footjoy StaSoft glove

 - Adidas Powerband Sport shoes

I recently got back into the game, and bought my entire set by searching this forum and using rockbottom.com and callawaypreowned.com. I'd highly recommend both -- particularly Callaway for cheap used clubs that are in good condition and ship fast.

  • 4 months later...

Do not get involved with Factory-Golf .com. totally fake clubs, not authentic like they are advertising. There is no protection for the buyer due to the expence to send fake clubs back to CHINA.

    • Day 2: did my Evolver drill in the mirror.  No club, just did the motion. And this time I am confident I am doing it correctly.
    • Nothing is assured and lots of talented young athletes in many sports fail to achieve greatness. as was said, injuries, growth, lots of things can come into play, And let’s let honest, over the years a few players have been branded “The Next Tiger Woods” and yet there is only 1 Tiger Woods. My initial point was if he can do a great breakout it may capture the attention of a new generation.  Back in the 70s it was Secretariat in horse racing, we also had Jordan in basketball and let’s not forget Tiger for golf.  Stories get people interested and I think golf needs a new story. I will pull for him and hope it works out but there are so many factors that come into play you just do not know, But I can hope.
    • Day 114: 4/19/24 Chipping and putting practice. Tried a little hinge and hold with good results, which has never been the case during a real round. Playing tomorrow and eager to play.
    • I don't think I've found any of the Good Good stuff, or the guys that were once a part of it, very interesting.
