hey guys im new to this group but im a junior golfer and i wanan know how to improve your golf swing iv'e been having some trouble because i keep putting too much motion in my swings

A video of what "too much motion in [your] swings" means would help.

I would recommend seeing an instructor.  You can honestly see improvement within one lesson, but more generally help.

If you don't want to spend the $$ on an instructor, I would record your swing.  I think there are some iPhone apps out there where you can see your swing side by side with the pros.  You may not think it, but it's extraordinarily helpful to see your swing on camera.  I was turning way to much and had no idea until I saw it on screen--this could be helpful for you with regard to seeing where you are moving too much.
