loft and lie - verify on new clubs

I have upgraded my whole bag this year. acquired titleist 913 d-fw-hy , mizzy 825p , clev rtx wedges .

does it pay to have "new" clubs verified for specs ? I would like to know if my "woods" are really the loft it says it is , then check-verify-bend my irons if out of wack from manufacturer specs . does it pay to have this done on new clubs ? or have people found that these brands are spot on ?

I always have my irons checked as a condition of sale. I have seen iron sets that are off, but I want them perfect for loft and lie.

IF you got them through a local golf shop, the fitter should check them for you as a courtesy.

A pro at one the area courses does this for his customers. He says even with the name brand clubs, most sets have one or two clubs that are off on loft or lie.

Paying to have NEW clubs checked? If there is any chance they could be off, it should be done.

Off lie on woods? Is that possible? You can't bend them I suppose.
