I would say take a look at this video. I think you need to get a bit more of your hips open at impact, and the belt buckle pointing more towards the sky in the finish. This is probably causing you to hit it slightly fat because your weight isn't forward enough. This can be seen in your right foot not rolling and starting to raise that right heel off the ground. You do really good at getting your left hand inline with the ball and your left shoulder at impact though. Very solid swing.
I also might say for a 7 iron the ball is slightly back. I would move it forward about an inch and a half. More offset your left ear instead the middle of your stance. The ball can start to creep backwards if you catch them fat from time to time.
If you were a member before (@Goinglow59?), we'd ask that you resume using that username rather than having a new one.
Also, are you capable of filming anything in high speed, and/or showing some launch monitor data? With a swing that's generating a 0/1 handicap index or so, it's incredibly tough to find things at 30 FPS.
