Here's what I see. On the takeaway the hands are moving away from you, causing the clubhead to "roll" inside too much.
So you're going to feel more "Rickie Fowler" to change things. Like the hands are going "inward", more towards your right thigh which will slow the rotation of the forearms and keep the club head on a good path.

Put a tee or glove in your left arm pit, if the hands move away from your, the tee will come out. I would also recommend making a bunch of slow rehearsal swings.
