The Pinehurst area is my favorite destination golf spot. Walking allowed mostly. Courses not so far apart as in MB. Much quieter and more serene and bucolic than MB, which I prefer, although, no beach. And lots of great courses, not crowded, for the most part. The Dormie Club - looking at the green fees, well over 50% drop once mid May hits.

Kill slow play. Allow walking. Reduce ineffective golf instruction. Use environmentally friendly course maintenance.

Hands down one of the best courses in the Pinehurst area. Core and Crenshaw did one hell of a job with this track. I play here often and it never disappoints.
