Nice to see the game evolving w/technology, albeit slowly. I have a pet theory that someday, smartphones will be used to speed up play - let you know when you're dawdling, when to hit, when not to, etc...

"The first line of defense is having our marshals inform the fans [of the policy]. When we get a big marquee group going, we'll actually have people out ahead of them making an announcement."

Kill slow play. Allow walking. Reduce ineffective golf instruction. Use environmentally friendly course maintenance.
