I have been recovering from thumb surgery, so not around in awhile.

I have a set of irons from the Japanese Titleist factory. The set has been cared for, and never abused. Six thru pitching wedge with myazaki 59 gram stiff.

New golf pride align grips. Standard loft and lie. I will add an AP1 716 gap wedge with Aerotech steelfiber 80 w black /red iomic grip. Not more than 20 rounds with these soft feeling clubs

I will send pics for your review. If you live with 50 miles of Jacksonville, I will bring in person to try

I am looking for a set of JPX ez forged in great condition 5-gap wedge with graphite shafts. Thank you

Am just wondering whether you couldn't make a similar trade with a golf shop in your neighbourhood.  Of course, they may not have the clubs you want, but at least it will give you more options

What's in the bag

  • Taylor Made r5 dual Draw 9.5* (stiff)
  • Cobra Baffler 4H (stiff)
  • Taylor Made RAC OS 6-9,P,S (regular)
  • Golden Bear LD5.0 60* (regular)
  • Aidia Z-009 Putter
  • Inesis Soft 500 golf ball

I have checked in with Edwin Watts... They use some pga value guide, that has no data to work off with. I showed him some pricing on E bay but couldn't use that.He offered me $150 for the good condition. I am also looking for the Wishon 959 OL HL (13*) in great shape. I would swap the irons for this driver

    • I listened to Dr. Norton's interview/podcast last year on IIRC, Huberman. Worth listening and yes, demonizing HFCS or sugars in general as independent agents of obesity is at best misinformed. But from a dependent risk perspective the easiest thing for me to remember as a good reason to control sugar intake is that those who tend to have high sugar intake also tend to have high caloric intake.  Outside of genetic factors and type of calories to an extent, in general, caloric surplus continues to be a singularly consistent factor in determining how overweight you are going to. I don't care if you fast for 16-18 hours. or any other time-managed eating. You can only eat so much before you start storing more than you will ever use.
