What "review"?

On the forum, I have this set to six minutes:

Source: Forum Setup Time limit (in minutes) to allow user to edit the post without the [Edited by xxx] message appearing at the bottom of the edited post.

You click the "Edit" button. This should work because I have "Can Edit Own Posts" turned on for Registered Users and Established Members.
