I've been Playing Golf for: 1 year
My current handicap index or average score is: 23.4 but shooting worse this last 2 weeks
My typical ball flight is: High with good contact. low sclice when hit bad, Straight and short when hit super fat.
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: Irons and pitching. My irons have always been hit and miss. And always very high and short. 5 iron 145-155 carry.

I'd love to see a video of you swinging a medicine ball back and forth, focusing a lot on rotation and swinging your arms.

I'm not a big fan of the Ernest Jones method, but I'd look into those feelings for now so you can get the arms swinging back and forth.

I'd grab a heavy rope and swing that back and through, too, really again focusing on rotation.

Thanks Erik, I will look into Ernest Jones and keep my eye out for a medicine ball. Shot  a better video tonight with more FPS and audio removed.

Glad to see you start this. I know your phone is older, so I'll have to bring mine over with the tripod and we can have a little range session in the garage. Get some serious slomo. I haven't updated my thread in far too long and you've got me inspired.

Update: The current swing. Plenty of head movement which I minimized after reviewing this.
