Are swing those weighted trainers worth the investment rather than going outside and swinging the actual club without the ball?  I don't if everything is looking great due to being stuck inside.  Thanks.

My experience, with swing trainers, is that they teach you how to use the swing trainer.  Whether that results in an improved golf swing likely depends on the issue, or issues, one is attempting to address.  What is it that you are trying to improve?

I use a couple of different weighted clubs to make slow swings as I work on positions.  One has a clubhead on it, and the other is just kind of a lead pipe with a molded grip.

Get the SuperSpeed sticks in the right sidebar. Those are proven to work, and work well.

I'd like to develope a more consistent  backswing and downswing.  I feel like my backswing is short on full swings.  I'm not sure if my hands are  correct either from swing to swing.  I'd like to train muscle memory to as close to correct as I can.   Sometimes I nail the ball on target with good distance and others are way off.  Something changed.  I'd like to correct that.
