My current miss with my driver is a push or a slight push/slice.  Will adjusting the lie help correct this?

You could set it more upright, that may have a very slight influence on it. You could also loft up which will promote the head sitting more closed at address.

The driver is a 9* which I currently have set at 10.5 to try to get it the ball to go bit straighter.  That and lessons has changed my big slice into the push.  Don't want to buy a new 10.5 or 12 degree head, so thought I might try a more upright lie.

You will be limited in how much lie you can change once you adjust the loft as they are all tied together. You can't change the lie without the loft changing also. Might want to watch this.

You could add some lead tape to the heel which will create a draw bias without changing the loft.

The Ping G410 Plus sits open at address. My suggestion is to take your grip and hold it straight in front of you with the club face is square, then address the ball. Your push should then become a draw.

    • Circumstances led me to being off golf for almost a year.  Finally played a tournament two weeks ago, without touching the clubs and having to use my old set which had been passed down to dad.  Shot in the 90's with multiple bad holes.  Another tournament today and decided to play.  Much better round.  3 triples, 7 bogeys and 8 pars.  Two of those triples were courtesy of an OB and one was thanks to bad shots.  But overall much happier than 2 weeks ago.  Even managed to get runner-up in open stableford.  If those three triples had all been bogeys would even have been in contention for the open
    • I don't generally have a problem of it. It's not the highest pitch, or the softest. He also generally lifts the heel a little off the ground (more vertical from the down-the-line view) too, which removes a little bounce. It's a slightly different type of shot. Kind of in the middle between the low spinner or chip and the higher, softer pitch.
