If you're starting off with the 18 months (which is under $300), it doesn't matter I guess.

I didn't get the bicep strap. The strap for the wrist is very comfortable. If I don't pay attention to it, for the most part I don't even notice I am wearing it. Way better than my Fitbit I use to have.

Well, I am glad I can confirm my sleep efficiency is good. I scored a 91% with my Oura Ring and a 95% with the Whoop. Both show over 1-1.5 hours of deep sleep over a total of 7 hours of sleep.

Yeah I don't notice it even then, really. The time I notice it the most is once every 5-6 days when I have to put the battery on it for half an hour… and I'm wearing a sweatshirt. 🙂

I switched wrists I wore it on. It was bothering me a bit. Hope that doesn't mess with the numbers. I don't think it would.

My recovery is pretty decent. 4 out of the last 5 days I had recovery around 80%.

I need to read up on how to improve my numbers. So far, I have just been watching the numbers to see the trends. My recovery today was 78% and I believe that is the highest it has been.

      I  had to return to boast  just a  bit. Everyone  knows  i thought  this  is  how the Championship should  be decided. Match play is far  better than stroke  play to determine a  champion and  its  much closer to most sports  playoffs. Lose and you are  out.     Promotion, relegation and match play: PGA Tour unveils radical new structure The PGA Tour has revealed its planned changes to its competitive model, schedule and playoffs, changes that will be more substantial than any in the Tour's half-century-long history. How will the PGA Tour series wrap up its season? The current PGA Tour playoff format consists of three stroke-play events, concluding with the Tour Championship at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta. Starting in 2028, the Tour's playoff system will feature match play, and will rotate through various courses. Further details will be revealed at this year's Tour Championship next month.

      I never heard dislike for them.  From my perspective, they are just like any other club. Though, they were always probably over-priced, until recently as other club manufacturers have been raising prices the past 5+ years. You had to wait for them to go on sale, which you can get them closer to other club manufacturers.  They sell good clubs. Nothing crazy..

      Why do so many people dislike PXG clubs and constantly criticize them? All the folks at my club and especially online, I never hear good things about them except from people who bought them and defend them. They look fine to me but curious is there some sort of quality issue or is it just stereotyping the buyers.

      I have the LM1 launch monitor and I’ve been very impressed. I agree with your assessment and it’s very accurate for me and ease of use is wonderful. The price point of $199 is very hard to beat with this form factor and performance. I was previously using a PRGR.
