I've had my driver five years now without any scratches or dents in it as a result of having the head cover in the cart basket. It seems like most of the people I see playing do the same thing. How would I get a dent in the top of the driver anyway? Actually, the driver isn't affected with so-called bag chatter because it extends higher than every other club. The only way it would get a dent in it would be slamming a club back in the bag wildly, or something like that. If you want, I will take a photo of it though.

Maybe, but I will take a picture of my Callaway XR 16 driver if you would really like me to?

Generally with my putter I toss it on the ground between the hole and the cart/my bag as I'm walking up to the green.

Driver/3w/Hybrid head cover usually end up on my alignment sticks while I hit, although they end up on the ground sometimes as well.

Generally... carrying, rolling or carting, the headcovers get draped over the other clubs.  I don't use a headcover for my putter.  Sneds and I like our putters as beat up as possible. 😊

Headcover goes on cart seat if riding, Hopefully I will need a ride to the next shot and will see it sitting there so I remember to put it back on. LOL

I put it over trolley handle if walking.

    • I've been putting whilst looking at the hole and it's definitely helped my distance control
    • I wonder if that is why my home course basically have no stakes now.  Not even markers.  It’s completely up to golfers to remember what is OB and hazard and how things used to be marked.     Even in tournaments, there is no marking and certain areas are played differently by different golfers who either don’t know better or use it to their advantage funny reading thru this with courses that actually have markers
    • is it though?????? "Millions of fans"?????
    • Great post, thanks for the informaiton. I try to avoid adding salt to anything I eat. I tend to add pepper on to my meals as opposed to salt. And I am trying to eat as clean on possible. On golf day, I eat 3 eggs for breakfast (pepper NO salt) and a salad for lunch, with grilled chicken thigs (pepper, garlic, no salt). I have been trying to avoid processed food, but we all slip. I also should have mentioned that the electrolyte packet calls for mixing with 16 oz of water, however I mix in 32 oz of water, so I dilute the electrolyte powder.
    • So if I read the news correctly, the PIF will not fund LIV after this season.  LIV is trying to find new funding and a number of players there are now asking about getting back to the Tour.    I am very, very concerned that Taylor Gooch will not have a place where he can make a jackass out of himself soon
