Tracking Old Messages

When I go to the Members Button at the top and find my name, and then press the Find button to view my previous posts, It only goes back about 6 pages when I have 800 posts. How come it doesnt track back further, because I would have liked to see What I posted a way long time ago.

It lists the last 108 messages because I've set the search results to show only the most recent six pages. 18 items per page = 108.

All messages are tracked. If you use the "search" function and put something specific in and search for posts you've made that contain those words, you'll be able to get back to any of your previous messages. You can also, of course, search by date ranges, whether you started the thread... and other things. The more results we return for searches, the harder the DB is hit. Six pages and 108 results seem okay to me.
