I'm the Senior Web Developer at a Detroit Internet marketing company. Our market is mainly manufacturing and industrial clients, but breaking into other markets.

I'm a Garden Associate at The Home Depot. I help people pick out the best grass seed and flowers and answer questions like "Why won't my mower start?" (the answer to that was "you need to hold down the lever when you pull the string, otherwise it won't start.")

Hi,

Software consultant too - and I like the blues, which comes in handy when the golf aint great.

Although I'm not far from discovering the "secret" - I'm sure of it

I work for safeway, that's why my clubs suck and I can't afford to golf :(

I do 3d modeling, texturing for architecture, animation and video games. I also write shaders and other small programs and scripts for use in lighting.

I make video games.

True story: I did a lot of preproduction work at my last place of employment to prepare for a shoot involiving Tiger, Mike Weir, and three other pros. But, my boss got on the plane instead of me to actually be there for the shoot. This was years ago and I *still* haven't forgiven him. Dan if you're out there, all you have to do is introduce me to Tiger or Mike, and all is forgiven!

    • Day 13: 2/19/2025 Went back to the mirror today. Trying to make sure the balls I hit at the range yesterday were still being hit with my new priority piece in the right place. Looked okay. I even took out my driver and worked on swinging that. Perhaps, I may hit some more balls tomorrow.  We shall see.
    • Ugh... I once knew a guy who played and walked with a cane. I kid you not. 1" diameter dents all over the greens. We finally bought him a can with a flat plate mounted to the bottom that was about 8" in diameter. At least then he didn't make pock marks.
    • Day 12: 2/19/25 Weight shift drills followed by full swings.
    • Thanks Bill, Really appreciate the tips! I'm hoping between side saddle putting and working on the Jim Venetos swing I'll drop some shots off my typically mid-90's score.
    • Thinking about seeing if our local course will make divot repair part of the annual youth camp….and I love @dennyjones comment to stick ‘em to the carts.   Sadly a lot of the older guys are not stable enough to bend down and make a good repair - so they just let them be or just do the putter tamp.  We also have one member who shuffles his way on and off the green - soft spike marks everywhere….
