This is a great read, between this and the podcast I picked up some things that I can do to improve my game.

    • Wow. OkSt looking like fools out there. And the touchdown made my Baylor to go 20 was once again due to the most asinine defensive mistake in football. When you’re in the end zone there is nowhere for the receiver to go. Speed doesn’t matter as you’re both right there with limited room. And what happens?   The absolutely stupid DB never looks for the ball. Even as the receiver is looking up to the ball this moron just keeps his eyes on the receiver as to say, ‘ gosh I hope he doesn’t catch that ball that’s obviously coming .’ Easiest play to beat. Only if the receiver is significantly taller is it difficult. Time and time again you watch the replay and the ball literally comes right over the idiots shoulder. Had he simply looked for the ball it’s gravy to at least deflect it. Maddening.
    • I have a set of 675Bs I play once in a while.
    • But it is with BDC and golf as a sport. Cycling was/is  riddled with cheaters. Armstrong had so much pressure/obsession  to win and he knew there were many, many other doping schemes taking place. Bryson is certainly wanting to explore his limits and how they can apply to golf. But doing that taking illegal substances simply isn’t in the realm of BDC nor golf imo. So in the end I’m not saying my assumption of BDC refers to any athlete or sport. Just BDC and golf.
    • You never know. I thought the same thing about Lance Armstrong - cancer survivor, top of the world. Obviously a different sport and person, but I believe that any athlete that performs much better than everyone else is a little suspect. Please don't take this comment as  saying that all (or even many) athletes that push performance boundaries are doping. I'm just saying that an athlete's perceived behavior or ideology is probably not a good predictor of whether he/she dopes or not.
