Was going through Instagram and saw the term in Dana Dahlquist's feed and it just looks like the twisting of the lead foot counter clockwise somewhere around A8-A10? I guess it helps with freeing the hips to open up more? Dunno, not something I've tried although I Patrick Reed might be an example?

What is "rainbowed" about the left foot?

The ankle is rolled a bit so the arch is a bit more "archier".

This isn't a real "TIL." It's just what Dana appears to call it.
