June 3rd is national donut day!   I don't know what that means but if you enjoy donuts, today's your day.

If I eat a donut, for some reason it is "only" in the morning.   Donuts are something that I don't even consider after breakfast.   I don't have a reason, just because.

Nope, June - Sept are optimal weight improvement months for me (funny:  go find the goal threads from 15 or so years ago, I was trying to gain weight).   I walk past a pretty good donut shop on my morning walk, including this morning, and did not stop for one.  

I do want an apple fritter though.
