The only reason I have twitter is for stuff Erik and the PGA Tour post. Musk is a colossal douche. I hope he goes down in flames.

Nothing much in the article of note to have an opinion on it. Could be the SEC just having an axe to grind, could be that Musk did stuff that he should not have.

The Wall Street regulator is investigating potential violations of U.S. securities laws regarding Musk's deal to acquire Twitter, now X.

Its a little out of character for him to "Not want to talk".  His usual issue is he says too much, maybe he has learned his lesson but its a two-edge sword.  If he testifies he may talk himself into a corner, if he refuses to talk he creates more hostility between him and the regulators which may increase their focus on him.
