Unseen Tennis Ball Sized Stone Under Ball in Bunker

Hey everyone. 

I recently hit a ball out of a bunker and the club hit a big unseen rock sending the ball in the wrong direction.  What is the ruling🤔it should be sand not rocks🤣do i just suck it up or??
