Free your feet from the confines of traditional golf footwear. Introducing the TRUE™ Original Series featuring a wide toe box and zero drop experience. As close as you can get to walking barefoot without getting...

The TRUE OG or Original or Tour are almost the only shoe I wear to play golf. I occasionally wear the Knits or some of the other shoes, but given that it's often soft or dewy or unknown… I often opt for the waterproof OG/Tours.

I'm really looking forward to the OG3 Pro.

Interesting. I could use another pair of golf shoes.

I am interested! I had a pair of True golf shoes 13 years ago but always felt like the weight was on my heels which didn’t work for my swing. These look like they might work for me.

Zero heel drop shoes make YOU put your weight where it needs to be, but oddly, shoes with heel drop (i.e. raised heels) tend to leave more weight back on your heels as you "sit into" the cushioning/raised up part.

Just purchased the OG 3 pro in nine iron grey. The new tread looks solid. Was on the fence about the OG cush. The cush look amazing but no waterproofing scared me off. Jumped on the pre release of the OG 3 pro. Cannot wait.  Side note there are some really cool shoes and gear coming this year from True. I am still waiting for them to make a pant that goes over the shoe.

    • Day 16 (25 Mar 25) - Worked with the 7i into the net - hit about 20 balls.  Worked on the downswing transition, kept the swing to about 1/2 speed.
    • It's a one time thing I think - not something you're saying you're going to play exclusively forever...
    • Yeah, uhhh… keep them dry? Because, yeah, the chrome is partly to help them not rust. You could have them re-plated, though you'd have to check on the legality. You could have them refinished by a company like this: https://www.theironfactory.com (they have closed, but there are still some other companies like them). Or, use them until they rust out a bit too much, and buy a new set.
    • Good, sensical post. Kudos.
    • On further reflection, I take back my "stupid" comment. It does make sense when put in context that the rule is to prevent any external attachments to the face of the club. Any change to that rule to allow exceptions would complicate the rule unnecessarily when it is easy enough to remove the stickers, etc.  I was surprised with her coaches advice and I've told her to just remove them before any competitions.
