Rep Power

How come my rep power is zero if I give some one a rep point do i loose my rep power until i get another rep point?

In The Bag:
Driver: Big Bertha 460
3 & 5 Wood: F50.
Irons: 855S Silver Scot 3-SW.
Wedge: S2H2 60*Putter Anser 2i

You never had any reputation power. You only have 23 posts. The current rules are:

Note also that I've installed a plugin that will limit the amount of reputation power of anyone (good or bad) to a maximum of 5. I'm like a 29 right now, so that'd be a bit lopsided.
