I just got back from a student council trip for my school. We went to Quincy Market, and then to see the Blue Man Group. The show was pretty much amazing. It was my first time seeing them, and I didn't think that it was going to be that amusing. Boy was I wrong.

Yep, My wife and and mother in law went to a blue man group show in Edmonton last year, and I found it pretty fun and amuzing. Had some good music. Would go to another one!

I saw BMG in Las Vegas twice, and once in Boston (same place as you). Great show, I'd go again in a heartbeat.

the blue man groups is awesome. i saw them a few years ago knowing nothing about them. i saw them again last year, and they still rock.

if you see them again, don't expect much difference, just maybe different back-up singers and a couple new "entertaining actions" on stage. the music is pretty much the same

I remember about 9-10 years ago I saw them on Leno and was trying to explain them to people. They thought I was nuts. I saw them when they did their stadium style concert a few years ago and loved it. I have heard that the theater one is even better.

I saw them when in LV 8 years ag at the Luxor and they were amazing. I'd like to see them again to see what new stuff they are doing. One of the best shows I've seen.

I saw them at Briar Street in Chicago about 8 or 9 years ago and loved it, although most of the new shows I have seen them do on DVD and TV were not as cool as when I went way back then.

They did a spectacular rendition of White Rabbit.

Yeah...I saw them once in Las Vegas and again on the concert tour earlier this year. What I didnt know at the time is the guys in the blue masks arent the same guys for every show...Like a regualr rock band...I found this out cause I was talking about the show and a buddy was talking about how they were in Vegas the same day...Did some research on their site and there are bunches of blue men performing every day around the country....Still a great show though!

Yeah they have open casting to be a Blue Man every once and a while. Have to be between certain heights, play the drums and...you know...catch marshmallows in your mouth from about 30 feet away.

I've thrown some Toblerone into one of the Blue Man's mouths before at the one in Chicago during a band trip. Kick arse.

That was the second time I had seen them. And I might try out to be one.

There are three original Blue Men who came up with the concept, write all the songs and record the albums. They act as executive producers for the stage productions, but yes, the three guys you saw most likely weren't any of them as there is a whole troupe of Blue Men now. A friend of mine played with the Vegas band (not a Blue Man, but the drumset player in the backing band) a few years back. Said it was a great show to be involved with.

I've seen BMG in Vegas at the Venetian twice. I have two uncles (well...just one now) that work for them out there. Awesome show. Very entertaining and great music! I was able to meet a few of the Blue Men and the band. Very cool. I listen to the cd everyonce in a while....pretty rockin'! Could see that show 10 more times and be totally entertained!

    • Flying into ATL on Sept 11 (Thu), early, leaving Sept 15 (Mon), late. Dates are fixed. Trying to hit the best RTJ Trail stops without spending half the trip in the car.   Plan: Thu: Grand National (Lake or Links) Fri: GN AM, then drive to Capitol Hill, play Senator Sat: Capitol Hill – Judge Sun: Ross Bridge Mon: Oxmoor Ridge early, drive to ATL   Thinking about squeezing in Cambrian Ridge after Capitol Hill—worth it or too much? Would love any feedback or tips from those who’ve done it.
    • Day 73 (13 Jul 25) (note: forgot to post the "day" for the past few days, up to day 73) - Easy day in the backyard, with time on the 50deg wedge and the mat (simulating tight lies around the green) working on low spinners.  Love using this mat as it is small and portable but also lends to being a type of alignment rod to get a proper setup.  Finished up with a few swings with the 54.
    • Congrats on the new leg of your journey - the challenge of learning something new while dealing with Parkinson’s is totally awesome.
    • Played several holes today with my Buddy's left haded clubs.  I was going to order just woods, but after playing again today and hitting the irons well, I will be ordering a complet set of Left handed Clubs.    They are Callaway Edge, Regular flex.  I am excited !  Will let you know after I try them and let you know how well they performed.    Retired Old Man, Terry
    • Depends in part on what lie the greens crew left me. If it's first cut of rough or fairway and clear shot to cup, it's an 8i chip and run. If it's shaggy, or I have to go over ridge or bunker, it's a cut shot with a 58* LW.
