i read that they are making the 909's for more swing types like stack and tilt where you swing more down on the ball.... my problem with my driver is i try to swing it like my irons.... maybe this will fix it

You're virtually impossible to fit into any driver, because they're not really built like that. Low launch, high spin is about the opposite of what you want, and it's incredibly tough to fit you.

Generally, no, the D2 isn't going to be your best bet. D3 might be because it'll help take spin off, and you might want more loft than you'd otherwise think, like 10.5 with a low-flex-point shaft. A key part of your fitting will be the shaft, with the clubhead used to do some final tweaks. So that being said, and based on what I heard about S&T; and all that at the Titleist meeting, D3 may be the one for you. But you may also want to see which driver Zach Johnson plays. He's specifically one of the other low-launch, high spin guys. In fitting him Titleist got him to move the ball forward an inch or two and he gained 10 yards of carry, but he doesn't like that ball flight...

If you're doing that much, go the extra 2.99999999 (repeating) feet and submit to a Swing Check.

No. Titleist doesn't and likely never will cater to "higher handicappers." It also has an open face, like the others.

Please read .

    • Yea Club Rat said it. I really enjoyed the Senator and the Judge, then over to Grand National where there a couple good courses plus a fun par 3. The one I do play whenever I visit there is Ross Bridge; something about this course that is just good fun. I hope to play more of the courses in the future, but tomorrow is promised to no one, so hope is the key word. Have Fun, iSank

    • Day 56: 4/19/2024 Okay, even though I'll be teeing it up in a tournament in less than a week. I couldn't find time to get to the range today.  I spent time on the indoor putting mat.  And I spent time in front of the mirror with my 7 iron. Then again later with the driver.  I also thoroughly cleaned all my clubs.
    • Just stumbled onto the article.  Totally random and thought it might be interested to hear other thoughts. maybe I am tired of all the LIV crap and  this just caught my attention.
