How do you mark your ball?

Along the same lines as the commercial, "How do you mark your Titleist?" Whenever I find a lost ball, I always like to see how that person had marked their ball. Some folks mark with their initials, dots, colors etc.

So how do you mark your ball?

I'll go first....I usually mark mine with a flower....I like to use purple or pink permanent marker.

fill in a dibble with orange sharpie to the bottom right side of the number.

I found some interesting ones the other day, one had every other dimple colored, I figured it was too much effort but kept it to add to my collection. Another was block letter style initials by filling in dimples and the third one was three rings about 1 dimple lenth apart goes up one down one side by side all the way around

needless to say these take too much effort when you're just going to lose the ball sooner or later or toss it in the pond at the end when the round finishes.

I play by myself most of the time, so marking my ball really isnt a concern. Besides, I always play a Titleist ball and the people who I do play with from time to time buy the cheapest balls they can find at Wal-Mart and that isnt Titleist, so even then its not a concern.

I usually play with orange balls just so i can find them easier to begin with. but nobody I play with ever has an orange ball so I don't need to furtuer mark my balls

But before I went with the orange ball strategy, I would just use a sharpie and draw some random lines on it, because nobody ever does that

I don't use a Titleist, but I mark my bridgestone ball with red and black underlining right beneath the number, trying to keep it simple, or on different occasions I won't even mark my ball...

Red dot to the top right of the number.
I'll change my mark whenever I see one that's the same/similar.
I have the advantage of having HADDON TWP. HAWKS stamped on the ball.

Don't mark my ball. I only play w/ my dad, he uses Top Flite D2 Feel, I use Nike SFT-2.

I put a red sharpie line over whatever the model ball is. For example, on a Pro V1 (I don't use them), I'd put a red line spanning arrow to arrow across Pro v1.

Don't really spend too much time on it. Usually a few dimples in red forming some kind of line

I'm trying to think of an original mark for my ball. Since I play Srixon balls usually, I decided to draw the teeth on my ball like the srixon logo. I was just wondering what mark everyone else uses, or if you even mark your balls
