Muscle Milk is good IMO. On the course I like to bring a banana and possibly an orange or apple.


Anything light is good in my opinion. Granola bars, peanut butter sandwiches. Good solid carbs to keep your energy level up.

Depends on the weather for me. Normally I pack a protein bar to eat at the turn...but if its too hot, I pack beef jerky cuz it doesnt melt :).

As for fluids - two bottles of any combination:
1 - Water
2 - Gatorade/Powerade/etc

:P
