I had the same problem stop picking your left foot up in your backswing.Also looks like your backswing is pretty fast just slow it down and don't pick up your foot!

Are you hitting balls into the ocean?

You take the club too far inside on your takeaway and you really push the club outside coming into the ball. You hit a draw/hook mainly?

If you want more distance load the club more, get the club pointing at target at the top of your backswing,looks like a 3/4 swing. Also slow your back swing down a hair.
