seriously... who cares. That's like asking people what kind of toothpaste they use. Cell phones are nothing more than a tool to comunicate with and more often than not they are an annoyance as many people lack any sort of intelligence in the way they use them. rant over... sorry I just got back from a movie where some idiot was trying to talk on their cell... and another idiot was texting someone for about 20 mins and the "glow" was obnoxious.

T-Mobile MDA - bought it to celebrate my last promotion (ok that was quite awhile ago) and really needed a phone that could let me use excel on the road.

I've been using a Nokia 5140i for the past 4 years, I bought it because I have always had trouble with phones surviving in golf bags and with me in general. As a phone it's pretty ordinary however as an indestructible phone it is truly excellent. It sort of has a rubber casing, it's not waterproof as in drop it in a bucket waterproof however it has been completely drenched inside my golf bag many times and even left out in the rain on a table in the backyard for a few days and never skipped a beat. I have even dropped it from varying heights on to hard surfaces too many times to remember, it's a bloody tank!

The biggest problem with it, the rubber casing whilst making it durable makes it VERY difficult to SMS/dial numbers!

Sprint Motorola Q here. Been considering getting the iPhone, but I can't justify the ridiculous monthly plans.

Motorola W490. Basic phone, not a lot of bells and whistles. Like the long battery life and it has bluetooth so I can hands free through my TomTom in the car. Walking around I hold it to my head (bluetooth earpieces are not for me, I am not classy enough!)

Got an LG Voyager about two months ago. Allows me to check email from anywhere, flips open to have the qwerty keyboard which is nice for me since I go through a couple thousand text messages a month. Also has GPS navigation and an application that links me directly to ESPN.
