Everyone knows that most athletes are superstitious to some extent. What are your lucky pre-round meals?

For me, if it's early in the day, breakfast is Pancakes, bacon, coffee and a glass of milk. If it's later I like a bowl of soup beans and cornbread (southern thing). I always eat a banana before the round and always take a liter of Dasani and a liter of yellow Powerade.

During the summer, my club has 7AM shotgun starts. I have taken up the habit of grabbing a $1 sausage & egg McMuffin from MickeyD's on the way to the course.

Don't know how lucky it has been however. Downright unlucky in at least one situation

Dang I need a lucky meal before golfing... no wonder I suck so much

Things I Am Good at in Golf

- Hitting it in the drink
- Finding the rough with my drive
- Staying in the bunker- Hitting grassburners all the way to the hole- Three putting- Posting over par on 18 in only 9 holes- Swinging and missing with an iron

I prefer 2 eggs over easy with toast and hash browns before the game, but I can't do that with an early tee time. Then it's a croissant. Always a diet Red Bull, too.

At the turn, I'll eat a granola bar and if I'm tired I'll have another Red Bull. Drink water throughout, of course. When I get tired, I can really tell in my scores.

Breakfast usually consists of either some Eggo blueberry waffles with Aunt Jemima syrup and a glass of OJ or if I'm in a hurry some breakfast burritos from Mickyd's

At the turn it's usually a turkey and ham sammich, with a cold gatorade and maybe some chips.

Drink about 5 bottles of water/gatorade on the course.
