Next, a blind man comes into the shop who wants to buy a pair of sunglasses; how does HE indicate what he wants?

I missed the one about overtaking the person in last place, but since it's the only real trick question in the lot, I'm going to call shenannigans. The context is unspecified. I assumed it meant the person who is now in last place, since that's the only way it makes any sense.
