I now use three:

PW - 47* (If you still call this a wedge)

GW - 51* (GW wedge that comes with the AP2s - I hit this for full shots about 90% of the time and it only made sense to me to have the same weight, shaft and feel as my irons, so I believe in a GW that matches my irons)

S/LW - 57* (Chikara Production wedge)

I have played EVERY combination (up to 64*) and have come to the conclusion that any more wedges than this just serves to confuse me around the green. I can use the 57* Chikara for EVERY shot within 100 yds. It took a while, but the really high flop is possible with it and the sole grind allows me to hit perfect chips as well.

I didn't think I needed the GW, but I've hit some AMAZING shots with it the past few rounds. Including two that hit the stick/hole and ran about 5 feet by.

Technically speaking, I have two wedges and a pitching wedge (which is really a 10 iron).
The pitching wedge and even attack or middle wedge that come with a set do not have the characteristics that make a wedge... well... a wedge.
I used to carry a 52, 56, and a 60, but that gave me too many choices which led to too may poor shots from indecision.
I am back to my 54 and 58, (put my 2 hybrid back in my bag) and I am happier for it!
