After taking my first lesson Friday and him showing me the proper way to hold the club I relized my grips are a lot worse then I thought. I would like to do it myself cause I find things like this fun. But I have no idea what size I should buy I was planning on buying off ebay so I dont want to get the wrong size and have a bunch of grips I cant use. My irons are Orlimar Trimetals with a grafite shaft they were given to me so thats about all I know about them. My driver is a Knight Kappa 385 and my woods were bought with new grips on them. I found a site that tells me how to measure my hand but how do I know the core or butt size of the club and would it be different if I need to double wrap the tape if I had to.

I have Golf Prides on my woods and find them very comfertable so thats what I was gonna go with my question is in relation to the size of the club rather then to my hand. I have read a couple post where people were fighting the grip on only to find out they bought the wrong one and it didnt fit on the shaft.
Thanks for the response though
