Clevalends $69 Putter

I was looking at the equipment section of the sandtrap (not the fourm) and I saw news that cleveland golf was releasing a line of putter for $69. sweet, if they are in anyway comparable to the VP models they should be nice putters.

I have a VP3 and it is a solid putter but for $69.99 I may have to try out the classic #2, especially since my dad wants the VP anyway.

Check here for my review of that exact putter, although I was told they will be $89 but that's probably because I'm in Alaska.

I love my putter, but a milled putter for $70 might mean I could give it a try. Maybe a mallet this time.

The face is milled but it's not a milled putter. I used to play the older classics 2 and it was a solid putter for the price but it doesn't have the same feel as a milled putter.

Sounds like PING started a trend when it introduced the Karsten line (great putters, cheap price.)

Good move Cleveland. I hope other companies follow suit.

Not so much IN Anchorage, but in the state, yes. If you want to have some intense big mountain powder skiing get yourself to Valdez. It's so sick up there, I love it.
