Check out

http://www.golf.lacity.org/ . I especially recommend Rancho Park. Hansen Dam is nice too. Visit any one of the courses to get the LA City Card so you can get residents' rates and earlier tee times.

Angeles National, Rustic Canyon, Lost Canyon and Robinson Ranch are good courses North of LA. Industry Hills has two nice courses that were recently renovated. There is always Trump if money isn't an issue.

Check out greenskeeper.org. It is a great site that has California courses by region, with reviews, rankings, green fees, photos and course details.

Here is a link to some of my photos of my favorite LA and OCarea courses.

It will mark the first in-person meeting between the newly established ‘Transaction Committee,’ a subsect of PGA Tour Enterprises that includes Tiger Woods, Adam Scott, Rory McIlroy, PGA Tour Commissioner Jay Monahan, player liaison Joe Ogilvie, Fenway Sports Chair John Henry, and PGA Tour Enterprises Chair and Valero Energy Executive Joe Gorder.
    • Day 162: 6/6/24-D Day Anniversary  Stack Training Session Full Speed Spectrum session 21/24. Tied my 5th fastest out of 21 sessions, and a speed I have hit 3 other times. Battling through some injuries so it was a good session.
    • day 84. Mirror work with a short club.
    • I may need to go to the driving range this weekend and get some video. It looks like I developed a case of the hooks. And not the snap hooks, but just  feels like a really good swing, but the path is probably like 7 to 10° out and the face square. It doesn’t feel like the club is snapping through, like the traditional snap  hooks. I also need to retrain my alignment. I am  aiming everything like 10 to 20° right of where I need to. This even goes down to my putting and pitching as well. It just feels like I can line my feet up, but I am like aiming my body way right. Also feels like I can’t grip the club open enough. So, I am not sure if I am adding outward swing path with my alignment or not. Even when it feels like I get my hands down and stay taller through the shot. I’m just hooking the ball left. I am also wondering if it may be not turning enough.
