Just curious is anyone knows if this driver will be made available to the public? I hit the r7 limited this weekend and really bombed it. I'd say almost 10 yard further than my 907 d2.

I've been bombing my R7 Limited also the furthest I've ever done before. It's helping me average about 280-290. I personally doubt they would come up with a TP version because the Limited is actually the TP version of the CGB Max. The shape is so similar and the Limited already has the 1) Open Face 2) Better Shaft.

This club already has TP written all over it with those specs. e

Well from what I can gather from looking at the Taylor Made section section of my local golf shop they seem to have quite the fetish for releasing new drivers so they'll probably release 3 or 4 versions. (Tongue firmly in cheek )

If you hit that so well, why not just get that?

To me the face seemed kind of closed. It could just be me though. I've always liked their tp versions due to a square club face.

I may just pull the trigger on the limited though. I keep going back and forth bewteen titleist and TM anyways. thanks!

No kidding, huh?!?! I had the Tour Burner in April and this September they came out with the Burner 09 and R7 Limited. It's way too fast.

Re: the R7, it's such a good club and I'm planning keeping this one for a while even if they come out with something new again...
