5-wood???

Anyone still carry a 5-wood???

No 5 wood.....230 or so on the four wood.....200 for the 7 wood and then I go to my irons.

I carry 2iron, thats bent down to a 1iron for off the tees, and a 585 hybrid for into greens, never was very fond of 5 woods.

i carry my 5 wood but no 3 wood, instead i have a 3 and 4 hybrid

I have a 5 wood but could never hit the one i have so i don't use it. I hit my 3 hybrid 200 yards so any thing over 200 belongs to the 3 wood that i can hit 225 of the deck. My 5 wood when struck well went 210 so if i could find one i like i wouldn't mind a 5 wood for in between the 3 wood and 3 hybrid.

Everyone thinks hybrids are the way to go. I couldn't hit a hybrid if my life depended upon It. I carry a Mizuno F-60/ 18 degree 5 wood. I pound it, and I love it.

I carry a Drvier, 5 wood, 3-P, 52, and a 56....thats it.

Hey on the hunt if you can reach 13 from the NEW open tees with a 5 wood god bless.I had a Titlies 18.5 975 for years in my bag but went to a cally fusion #2 hybrid and now have added a #4 cause I hit them so well.I think the state still owes the cement company for the land on #13's new tee anyway.

Well its 605 from the back tees, according to the USGA, that's a good drive and a 5-wood cause the tee is slightly elevated... this summer I reached it from the '02 tees with a Drive and a 4-iron...
