I am looking at the photo and 2 things seem to jump out. But please take my advice with a grain of salt as I am nowhere near scratch.

1.) It looks like you have the club in your palms. As others have said, If you hold the club in your fingers, your wrist will hinge more naturally. I have very little wrist hinge myself, but I get half way decent results by doing something even I am suprised at...that leads me to point #2

2.) It looks like you aren't getting a full shoulder turn, IF that photo is a depiction of the TOP of your swing. It appears your shoulder turn is more than 45* but not a full 90* (i.e. left shoulder pointing to the ground at the ball). I'm not saying be like me in any way, shape, form or fashion. But I know from experience, if you get a full 90* shoulder turn, you can get more distance and accuracy even with a minimal wrist hinge.

Good Luck!

If you use the swing gyde and tape it to your forearm there is no way that your right wrist can unhinge prematurely.
