Those are sweet. When I was 10, I'm 14 know, I played with a set like that and I was much worse back then. But those look awesome.

Those are my favorite blades ever.

I am really considering ordering a set. How do you like the shafts? Are they pretty comparable to the dynamic gold Stiffs? I am a little nervous to pull the trigger on them since I will not be able to try out the shafts and see what the ball flight is compared to a dg S300.

Appreciate the comments folks. It's only too bad they don't have the "Made in the USA" band that my other set of Hogans have. I'll get 'em out to the range in a day or so and then I'll be able to report better on the shafts (they feel lighter than DG's, and a bit more "lively").

i got a set of those years ago as a gift 1-sw, but they were right handed so I sold them to my dad for $100. I wonder what they are worth today.

In my bag:

some golf clubs

a few golf balls

a bag of tee's some already broken the rest soon to be

a snickers wrapper (if you have seen me play, you would know you are not going anywhere for a while)

and an empty bottle of water

      By today’s standards that’s certainly true, but they weren’t having any trouble hitting golf balls in 2005 so I’ve equipped myself with what was among the very best equipment around that time for a very reasonable investment. If I get to the point where I feel like I’ve outgrown that stuff, I’ll reward myself with something more current. But for now I don’t need adjustable loft and lie and modern head shape, just a good quality, proven club with a clean club face. For now I’m going to concentrate on the basics. I know you can get more yardage with newer woods, but I don’t care about distance nearly as much as consistency, and you can’t buy that for any price.

      Trying to feel bit more external rotation of the trail elbow at A4. I think better than what have ever been able to position it.  Forward lunge at impact still a work in progress.

      Because you're twisting it to hold it open. Forearms, etc. shouldn't be all that tense at setup.
